		Mamaroneck and Larchmont, NY Mamaroneck and Larchmont's success can be traced back to the strong foundation of community involvement. Adopted in 1986, the LWRP primarily deals with flood control, water quality improvements, preservation of wetlands and conservation areas and public recreation.

Financial assistance provided by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, administered by the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
