		Troy, NY The City of Troy has developed a community based planning process to guide redevelopment of its Hudson River waterfront. Public involvement included over a dozen community workshops, two design charettes and the active participation of an advisory committee.

Financial assistance provided by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, administered by the Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
