Oswego, NY

Guided by its LWRP, the City of Oswego has worked aggressively and creatively to convert neglected areas into a thriving mix of community parks, marinas and waterfront walkways. It was imperative to have all the stakeholders together as the City progressed on implementing its LWRP.
